This is for you if:

• You have done an initial consultation for steaming with us and want to follow up with another in person session

• You are curious and have heard of pelvic/vaginal steaming and want to try it under the care of a trained practitioner in a spa setting

• You don't have anything specific to work on or aren't ready to commit to a steam plan

• approximately 40 minutes, length of steam will vary from person to person
