Prior to our initial consultation you will be sent an intake form to be submitted at least three days before the scheduled appointment.   During the consultation we will go over your form and questions. Afterwards you will provided with a detailed & customized steam plan, proper period care guidelines (when applicable) and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory based dietary, herbal and lifestyle recommendations. Follow up appointments are generally recommended.
