If you are seeking support and guidance on specific health imbalances such as menstrual cycle irregularities, painful intercourse, infertility, labor readiness, postpartum, menopause (peri & post), or any other pelvic health concerns this is your starting point on your Pelvic/Yoni Steam healing journey. Prior to your first appointment a questionnaire will be sent to you to fill out in your own time and space. From your answers Jolyn will determine the proper steam blend herbs to use, steam set up and provide you with a steam plan and option to purchase herbs and any other steam supplies if you are desiring to continue steaming at home.

*It's important to note that there are times that steaming will be contraindicated and Jolyn will be able to advise you on this once she goes over the answers on your form. Sometimes these contradictions can be temporary and she can support you through other means such as acupuncture, Chinese herbs or dietetics.
