CONSULTATION & STEAM SESSION 60-75 minutes

Prior to your session you will receive a questionnaire to be filled out before we meet. During the first consultation we will go over your intake form & concerns. For those who bleed this will include a full moon cycle analysis, for those in second spring (post menopausal) & non- bleeding bodies we'll take a deep dive into health history & address current imbalances. Once we’ve completed the consultation you will do your first steam session in my office or in the comfort of your own home if you so choose.

*Price of herbs for one session is included in your initial consult.

For those who are have experience with pelvic steaming. If you have never steamed with me before I’ll have you fill out a brief questionnaire ruling out any contraindications for steaming at this time. If needed we’ll do a quick check in prior to your steam session to determine proper steam set up and herbal formula for you current presentation.
